At Terra Kuntur, we buy and sell used firearms under a strict selection and verification process. Every piece that enters our inventory undergoes a thorough technical inspection, where we assess its mechanical condition, safety, originality, and provenance.

This commitment allows us to guarantee that when you purchase a used firearm from TKR, you know exactly what you are getting: a product inspected by experts, free of surprises, and with complete, transparent information about its condition and features.

Evaluation Scheme (0–100)

Modern (Commercial and Civil):

  • Mechanics/Safety: 25

  • Bore (rifling, corrosion, crown): 20

  • Bluing/finish (coverage, uniformity, rust): 15

  • Matching & originality of parts: 15

  • Wood/grips & exterior: 10

  • Accessories & documentation: 5

  • Penalty for non-original modifications: –10 to 0

  • Provenance bonus (history, first owner, certificates): 0 to +10
     

Milsurp/Historic (arsenal/collection):

  • Mechanics/Safety: 20

  • Bore (rifling, corrosion, crown): 25

  • Bluing/finish (honest patina): 10

  • Matching & originality: 25

  • Wood/grips & exterior (arsenal marks accepted): 10

  • Accessories & documentation (bayonet, slings, pouches): 5

  • Penalty for modifications: –10 to 0

  • Provenance bonus: 0 to +10

Each criterion is scored 0–10. The base score = weighted sum ÷ 10, then penalties/bonuses are applied and the result is capped to 0–100.

  • New / NIB (≥97): 1.00×

  • Excellent (90–96): 0.95×

  • Very Good (80–89): 0.85×

  • Good (70–79): 0.70×

  • Fair (60–69): 0.55×

  • Poor / For parts only (<60): 0.35×
